Concord Park Adult/Junior Team Championship
Date: Friday, September 19
Time: Shotgun start @ 6:00 p.m.
Entry Fee: $20 per team
Format: 1 Adult /1 Junior scramble
(The child's tee shot must be used at least 4 times during the round)
Four Divisions: Juniors 7 & under, Boys 8 - 10, Boys 11 - 15,
 & Girls 8 - 14
Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 spots in each division
Deadline: September 16 or full field of 18 teams
